Rooms/suites: All rooms have satellite TV, hair dryer and bathrobes. All our rooms and suites are non-smoking. The suites are equipped with saves. TV channels available: ARD, ZDF, BR,WDR, RTL, RTL 2, Super RTL, NTV, DSF, VOX, Eurosport, Pro 7, ORF 1, ORF 2.

Sauna facility/pool area: The new sauna facility is has "nude hours" between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Children are not allowed to enter. By rainy weather we heat up the saunas early, at 1 p.m. The pool area is open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Non-smoking restaurant: Dinner is prepared with loving care by our kitchen team. Our restaurants are therefore smoke-free. The law protects non-smokers as of Jan. 1, 2009!

Cuisine: Generous breakfast buffet with local notes and tea bar, from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. we serve fine dining 5-6 course menus, with international, Austrian, vegetarian  and Alpine choices. In addition we serve gala dinners, themed and specialty buffets, salad and cheese buffets.

 

High-speed Internet: NEW: Starting December 2010, we offer high speed Internet connections with coaxial cable. Please get your login information at the reception:

Use this login information to connect via wireless LAN in the hotel reception and the high speed ADSL LAN connection in your room.

Reductions: Bed & breakfast: € 10,00. No price reduction by missed meals.

GENUSS-Plus (Sweet extras) = 3 x week (2:30 - 4 p.m.) enjoy sweet indulgencies from our own patisserie (not included in all seasons).

Arrival: Arrival is possible every day of the week. Rooms are available earliest at 4 p.m. If you arrive later than dinnertime (6 - 8:30 p.m.) we kindly ask you to notify us.

Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the room no later than 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation: Cancellation is free up to 30 days before of arrival. Later cancellations result in a cancellation fee of 70%. Only written cancellations are accepted (fax, E-mail, letter). The general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Code (Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply. www.hotelverband.at - see Hotelvertragsrecht.

Arriving by train: We are happy to offer a discounted taxi shuttle from Oberstdorf train station in Allgäu. (16 km, € 25 one-way). Please reserve return shuttle if needed.

Animals: Only with prior notification. Please be aware that your pets are not allowed in the restaurant, spa area and garden. We charge € 19,00/day and animal w/o food.

Garage: rates for reserved parking

Payment: We recommend payment in cash (any currency), bank checks or EC direkt/Maestro.

Local taxes: The local "Kurtaxe" (guests from 14 yrs, now € 2,30 per day) is not included in the rates.
