Gerd Hammerer is the sovereign boss of the pots and pans in Haller's kitchen. He's a true native, who, after years of travel, has returned home to Kleinwalsertal. Hammerer has gathered 15 Gault Millau points during his extensive and international career, and is delighted to prepare an amazing 5-course choice menu for the guests of Haller's every evening together with his team.
